I built a rough local prototype based on the standard-template discussion. Working name is CoinPress.

It accepts a name, ticker, supply, block time and one of two reviewed proof-of-work templates. Output is a source archive plus a human-readable manifest. It does not mine, sell or reserve coins.

Does it reproduce the same archive from the same manifest? If not, nobody can verify what the countdown actually released.

That is the goal. The current Linux build is reproducible. Windows still differs in timestamps, so it is not ready for a public test.

Please make each launch record a permanent plain-text page. Fancy front ends disappear; manifests are easy to mirror.

This is more defensible than I expected. Keep the template count small and boring.
