Probably not by itself. A public queue with a cost measured in waiting and review time may be better than instant creation. Make people explain why the template exists.
POMP was fun because the phrase and community existed first. I do not want CoinPress to manufacture a story for every empty ticker.
Agreed. Next prototype will require a seven-day public draft and visible objections before a countdown can be scheduled.
